Comments about photos in the November Thirteenth Exhibit

Some of the photos that I had the most fun creating were Psychazebric,

the paint bucket rendition of Union Terminal,

and The Lost City Of Gold

The "surprise" photo of the exhibit, the one that seemed to generate the most interest, was Romulus and Remus Share a Little Tete-a-Tete.

The exhibit was held in Michael Wilger's Visual Arts History Gallery, where he exhibits and sells photos taken by the late Sarge Marsh. The photos are, for the most part black and white historical pictures of Cincinnati.

I found the point-counterpoint of the modern digital photos against the B&W film photos very interesting. I would say arresting, but I don't want the police involved.

I also was fascinated by the fact that my life-mate's ex brothers- in- law, both in their eighties, looked long and hard at a photo of the old Albee theater that existed in downtown Cincinnati. It turns out that they had both worked at the Albee for the last of the personal appearance shows that were presented there, this one being a Danny Kaye travelling show.
